European Union Countries Closely Monitoring Developments in Russia

European countries are closely monitoring the situation in Russia, particularly in light of the ongoing conflict with Ukraine. NATO is also monitoring the situation. The EU has pledged “unwavering” support for Ukraine and has adopted its 11th sanctions package against Russia. Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has urged citizens not to travel to any part of Russia and has assured the public that there is no direct threat to the country.

Polish President Andrzej Duda has also stated that the course of events beyond their eastern border is being monitored.
